Decorations (Balloons, photo displays, backdrops, flowers, etc)
What size is the booth?
-

-
There is an opportunity to purchase two booths if needed.
Can I sell items at the event?
Yes, you can:
-
Sell items, including food and beverages, in accordance with local health and safety regulations.
-
Create and personalize items onsite, offering attendees a unique and engaging experience.
-
Distribute free samples to showcase your products or services.
-
Provide promotional giveaways to increase brand visibility and engagement.
How Many people do you expect to attend the event?
This year, we’re expanding the reach by inviting high schools from across the Twin Cities and aligning with multiple school and community events happening on campus that day. That means more families, more foot traffic, and more opportunities to connect with people planning graduations, birthdays, reunions, weddings, corporate events, and more.
Will you limit the number of similar vendors?
Yes! We want to ensure this event is good for your business and will do our best to limit the number of same types of vendors. We cannot guarantee that another vendor will not be selling items of the same types of items, but we will limit the number of those options!
How do I sign up to become a vendor?
If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please click the link below to go to the registration form.

If you cant be a vendor this year, but would still like to advertise, we have an option for you to put advertising in our swag bags that will go out to all attendees of the event.
I can't make it to the event, but still would like to participate...
We are sorry you can't make the event, but have an option for you to still participate. We will be putting together swag bags to hand out to attendees of the event. You have the option to have a flyer or merchandise included in the swag bags. Just fill out the vendor registration form and click on non vendor swag bag participant.
In addition to the Registration, is there any other paperwork vendors need to submit?
Yes. Minnesota law requires that before an operator of an event such as the Twin Cities Grad Fair can rent space to a vendor at the event, the operator must have either proof that the vendor is registered to collect Minnesota sales tax, a written statement from the vendor that no taxable items are being sold, or a written statement from the vendor indicating that they qualify for the isolated and occasional sales exemption.

To meet this requirement, all vendors must submit at completed MN Form ST19 before November 10, 2025. A copy of this form with the Twin Cities Grad Fair info can be found here.
